-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-1tbsp stevia
1. Mix banana, eggs, vanilla.
2. In another bowl, mix flours, stevia, baking low, cinnamon.
3. Add wet to dry.

4. In small bowl, mix PB, cocoa, and stevia.
5. Add 1/4 the banana mixture to the PB mixture.

6. Pour 3/4 the banana mixture into a loaf pan. Add the PB cocoa mixture on top and swirl the batter together slightly. Pour remaining banana mixture on top.

This bread was gone too fast before I could take a picture of the inside which turns out really pretty.

Smoothie in a PB Jar

Mmmm sooo goooddddd!!!
Chocolate Smoothie poured into an almost empty PB jar.
1 cup ice
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup water
2 cups (or more) fresh spinach
1 scoop Cellucor's Molten Chocolate Protein
Cocoa powder
Blended for about 5 mins-very very important that is for this long because that makes the spinach break down making the smoothie seriously so unbelievably thick!
I had a bag of Pumpkin Flax Seed Granola out so every so often I poured some in it to give it some crunchiness.
Getting to the bottom was the best part...the peanut butter. I of course scraped the sides all around as I downed it.
Scraped clean. If I had a long arse tongue I would have licked it!

Chicken & Peanut Butter

OMG chicken and PB is beyond the best combo!
I was dreaming of this above creation all night and could not wait to finish my fasted cardio to make it.
-Ezekiel toasted bread
- topped with plain chicken
-sprinkled with cinnamon
-drizzled with PB
(Bottom pic is where I added my chia seed berry jelly to my second slice-yea I had two!)
THEN!...
For meal 3, I packed plain chicken breast mixed with plain brown rice and brought PB. I nuked my food and then added the PB and it melted into yummyness! Topped of course with cinnamon.

Chicken for breakfast is goin to start happening more often! Haha I'll be prepping cinnamon chicken and spicy chicken lol

Please give this a try!
