I try to have a green smoothie just about everyday...if I have greens in my fridge.
1-2c fresh spinach
Cellucor Vanilla protein
Blend uber good cause the longer it goes the fluffer it gets!
You could add so much to this (like chia seeds, hemp, flax etc) but the simpler the better.

1 scoop choc protein
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp nut butter
Water or milk to loosen into a dough.
Mix dry. Slowly add liquid until its a doughy mixture.
Slice strawberries in half.
Drop some of cocoa mix, place half a strawberry on too, drop more cocoa mixture on top.
Freeze for about an hour.
-you could use an fruit you want: bananas, blueberries, raspberries..etc.)

Chocolate/Vanilla Swirl Cake:
1.5tbsp coconut flour (or oat flour)
1 egg white
1 tbsp vanilla protein
1tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2tsp baking powder
Water to loosen
.mix. Pour in bottom of mug.
Same as above but use choc protein instead and add 1tsp cocoa powder.
.mix. Pour on top of vanilla layer. Make a swirl in it once.

Totally didn't know what the heck to call it so I named it for what it simply is!
*Stuffed Baked Protein Cake French Toast*1. Make protein cake: egg whites, vanilla protein, stevia, coconut flour-nuke in microwave.
2. Slice cake, layer a slice then nut butter then banana, cont until all cake slice are gone. (Can use one big muffin tin or a couple small ones)
3. Mix French toast egg mixture: egg whites, cinnamon, milk
4. Pour over layers.
5. Bake 350 for 30mins. Allow to set after.
