Just wondering...was your mobility so fantastic even when you started crossfit? Or do you work on it everyday with a set routine? It is one thing I can never improve on.
Well thank you! What is your IG?I used to be in gymnastics so that helped but I remaijed flexible due to sports all my life. I still stretch every single day and work I mobility.
