so my first post is an exciting one! Went for a mountain/trail ride this morning and ate it! I took a detour that i was unfamiliar with, was goin a little too fast, and over i went sliding down the cliff. Once i finally stopping tumbling, my first thought was dude i better not have broken anything!
So this is the immediate pictures i posted on instagram (username:peacelovefitness). Throughout the day I've been noticing bruises coming up and scratches. Ill be posting the later pictures, the bruises will probably be more pronounced. This little accident will defiantly not stop me from my LivFit workout tomorrow!
