Bodybuilder Man Eats



Baked Chicken & Quinoa:
Flatten and season chicken.
Steam spinach & mushrooms.
Place raw chicken on bacon slices, add some spinach mixture and roll up.
Bake 345 for 30 mins, broil on high until bacon crispy. 
Cook quinoa and add left over spinach mixture once cooked.
