Protein Oatmeal Cookies:
1 c oats
1 tbsp flaxmeal mixed with 1 tbsp water
1 scoop vanilla protein
1tsp baking powder & soda
cinnamon, stevia PRN->(as needed)
1. mash banana. add other ingredients and mix.
2. spoon out on pan.
3. bake 350, 8-10mins.
4. Optional: Chocolate Protein Sauce-choc protein mixed with water. Drizzle on top after they have cooled a bit.
