Quinoa Granola:
1/2 c uncooked quinoa
1/2 c oats3 tbsp honey or agave
1tbsp flaxmeal
handful chopped pecans (can use any nut or seed)
cinnamon
1. mix really well to coat everything with honey/agave.
2. lay on pan. dont spread out. keep it all smashed down in a layer.
3. bake 355 for 25-30mins. Dont break up or stir.
4. let cool and break up. (if you want it crunchier, bake a little more in the broken up pieces)
-this is a very simple recipe so feel free to add dried fruit, coconut, cocoa nibs etc. after you crumble it.
