2013 CrossFit Recap

This was posted by and it's awesome!
I makes me smile the whole time because I remember most if not all these moments throughout last year. It also helps me realize how far I have come from the beginning of last year. Progress is progress; whether you PR by 5 pounds or 50 pounds, you're still bettering yourself. 2013 CrossFit Open allowed me see where I started and now see how far I've come.
I love this life and I can't wait until the end of 2014 to see how far I've come.
