Cold Brew Coffee:
1 3/4 c coarse coffee
3 1/2 c water
1. Put into a coffee press.
2. Stir.
3. Cover with plastic wrap.
4. Let sit for 16-24hrs.
5. Take off plastic wrap. Plunge down.
6. Makes about 2 1/2c if cold brew.
Since I let mine set for 24hrs, it's strong so I do 1:3 ratio (coffee:add in). You can add water, milk, chilled tea etc. You could even add some to shakes, oatmeal, pancakes etc if you want a coffee essence.
