Don't forget to have a Life.


Wow this article from Talayna really hits home and I need to remember the message of it. To sum it up, do what you love (CrossFit) but don't forget to have fun with it and don't forget to enjoy what that 'love' (crossfit) brings to your life.

I have to tell myself this because honestly sometimes I am training so hard and so tired, I'm just like ahhhh!
