Quest bars oh quest bars how I love you so! Seriously I wish I had an unlimited supply of real Quest Bars but I don't...so trying to recreating my own will have to suffice!
Same basic recipe as before but different variation!
1/4c vanilla coconut WFit Nutrition protein
2 tbsp VitaFiber (link on the right of the scroll)
Lemon stevia (could use lemon extract too or even lemon zest)
1 tsp coconut extract
About 7 pistachios
1. Heat VitaFiber, extract, stevia. Nuke for about 15secs.
2. Add dry ingredients.
3. Mix fast and really well. It will be crumbly but don't fret! wet hands, pick it up, mash it into a ball then mold into a bar.
Store in fridge to set
