Weekly "Detox Day"



Breakfast:
-juice: strawberries, apple, lime
-juice: beet, ginger, apple, lemon
-sweet potato, cinnamon

Snack: 
-juice: orange, carrot

Lunch:
-smoothie: spinach, strawberries, banana, chia, date

Snack: 
-green juice

Dinner:
-steamed brussel sprouts 
-sweet potato, cinnamon, nut butter 
-pear, pineapple, ginger

Snack:
-smoothie: banana, dates, cinnamon, almond milk
-carrots, PB, cinnamon
