Carrot Cake Protein Pancakes

Was inspired this morning by a fellow Cellucor Affiliate on Instagram with her pancakes and decided to throw ingredients together into pancakes.
1 scoop cinnamon bun MGN protein
1/4 c oats
2 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp chia seeds
3 grated mini carrots
2 egg whites
2 tbsp buckwheat flour (can omit and use oats or while wheat flour )
Dash baking soda and baking powder
1 stevia packet or other sweetener
Splash of unsweetened almond milk
1.mix and cook.
Top with whatever you want. I used my recent delivery from Meenut Butter-it's Paleo nut butter containing almonds, walnuts, pecans, macadamia nuts, flax, sunflower seeds, vanilla extract, coconut oil.
So yummy!
