Today was my turn to make the circuit routine-we try to make it full body and include weights.
Goal is to go HAM for 45mins doing as many rounds as you can. By the end, you should be so exhausted you collapse!
That was me all the way today! I always be drippin we sweat on these days.
I even developed blisters on my elbows from all the plank variations-sweat + open wounds=don't mix!!!
After my 45mins I finished 7 rounds. I went on do do some bi curls, seated cable row, lat pull downs, bi pulldowns and finished on the treadmill with uphill walking lunges and side lunges. Make sure it's really high (15) and slow (1.5) so you really get low in a full lunge.
