1st day back-park workout

So I turned to my local park for my workout. I didn't feel like driving all the way tithe gym do I ran to my park and busted out some circuits. I did stairs, squats, hanging abs, pull ups, calf raises, ab tucks, pushups and whatever else came to my head. It was fun and sweaty. I ran back home and finished with an ab workout from one oh girls on instagram.
