This morning I woke up knowing it was my rest day and man did I need it. My legs are so sore.
This morning I woke up and made myself an omelet made with 2 egg whites mixed with flax meal, I then sliced a banana to fill in, layered Greek yogurt on top, drizzled peanut butter and closed it. I was yummy and totally clean.
So all day I was picking out clothes for Vegas-dresses, bathing suits, heels and of course food! I packed protein for my post workouts, oats, nuts, stevia, raw rev bars, tea, and I'll be baking tomorrow! Probably choc protein bars, maybe choc protein muffins, or raw oat protein bars..hmm???
