@journalmenu is a site where a crossfit athlete can design their own personal WOD journal where they can add there WODs, track their lifts, PRs, diet etc. It gives you the option to add pages like warm ups, paleo diet, past Crossfit Games WODs, skills, how to on day before comp., goals...tons more! You create from the inside out-covers included. Best part, once you think you are done and submit-nope! You will be in contact with someone until your journal is perfect, emailing back and forth. (I emailed for about a week until I decided)

Choose your own photos of yourself or your inspiration or really ANYTHING you want! They have a few templates that are pretty cool too. Add some writing or quotes on the covers too.
I received my journal in 2 days after it was shipped. It's not a normal big school notepad size, it's smaller which is perfect to fit in your gym bag. Prob 9X5. Sturdy.
