Paleo Elvis Bars

🔸Paleo Elvis Bars🔸
Bottom layer:
1 1/2c pecans (or any other)
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp nut butter

Middle Layer:
2 bananas
2 tbsp nut butter
1 tsp extract (vanilla, butter, rum, banana etc)
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tbsp coconut oil 

Top:
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Stevia

-Bottom: pulse nuts into tiny bits, add in rest of ingredients, pulse until combined. Flatten out evenly on 8x8 pan. Freeze while making middle.

-Middle: blend all. Pour on top of bottom layer. Freeze until hard (2hrs). Take out, cut into squares or bars and refreeze for couple mins.

-Top: nuke coconut oil, add cocoa, stevia and mix well. Drizzle on top of whole pan or seperate each bar and then drizzle. Refreeze to set. Keep in freezer! 
These thaw in like a min-so if you take out of the freezer, eat it right away unless you want a gooey bar.
