Since i knew i wasnt eating at the baseball game, i knew id have to come prepared with snacks and i wanted to get my protein in without having a protein shake. I wanted bars so devised a quick recipe:
(This made 3 but you can double the recipe)
1 cup oats
1 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 up almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk
2 1/2 tbsp all natural pb
1. mix dry ingredients
2. put milk and pb in microwave together, heat about 30 sec.
3. pour into dry ingr
4. mix and pour into tuperware container lined so they wont stick
4.freeze 20 and done. i cut mine up and wrapped individually. if your not eating them right away just put in fridge.(of course cinnamon or dried fruit or nuts are easily added if wanted)
Yummy and chewy. since i got home at 2am i ate one right before bed and it had been in my bag the whole time so it got soft and really gooey! it would be really good heated up or cut up atop your greek yogurt!

I just now made these but I used my lactose free milk, PB2 and I added 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 1/4 cup granola and they are amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful idea :)
