So some of my breakfasts:::
Ricotta cheese, vanilla yogurt, chia seeds, flax meal, banana, flaz & pumpkin seed granola, pb.
Cottage Cheese OIAJ:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp peanut flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax
2 tbsp green tea
Oatmeal turned Pancakes:
1/2 cup oats
3 egg whites
1/2 banana
dribble of water
dash of cinnamon
1. mix well (banana mashed incorporated good)
3. cook on skillet. i topped mine with 1/2 tbsp pb and 1 tbsp strawberry chia seed jam
Some of my Lunch/Dinners:
4 oz white chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup steamed carrots, gala apple
1/2 can albacore tuna (rinsed and drained) mixed with 2 tbsp avocado, mixed salad with jalepenos/bell peppers/1 tbsp salsa, and 1/4 cup seaweed salad on the side. 2 baked tostada shells.
