So today was leg day for LivFit so this morning i wanted pancakes!
Chia Seed Protein Pancakes:
3 egg whites
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup oats
dash of cinnamon
strawberry chia seed jam (or any jam or fruit)
1. throw all into blender except jam
2. make pancakes and add drops of chia seed jam on top before flipping. Top with whatever (i always top with pb) BTW these are super moist!
I have to pack my lunch cause i work so this was what i packed:
After work i went to my fav Health Food Store and got my usual:
I had this before i hit the gym and almost threw up all over the place, so i had to take it easy and i had to leave super early...huge bummer.
So dinner we had hamburgers ( WW bread, lean hamburger patty, avocado, lettuce, and grilled corn on cob on the side)
