So i have the Vanilla Sleepy Time Tea and i dont like the flavor all by its lonesome so i was adding a few drops of Liquid Vanilla Stevia to it but i was sick of that too. So since im suppose to have protein before bedtime according to Jamie Eason's LivFit Meal Plan, i decided to combine them
Vanilla Protein Tea:
1 vanilla sleepy time tea bag
1/2 scoop vanilla protein (or casein)
1 1/2 cups heated water
3 drops liquid vanillla stevia
1. Very Important step-mix your protein with about a 1/4 cup water in a seperate mug.
2. heat your water with the tea bag in it (dont add it after its already heated)
3. pour hot tea into protein mug. add stevia. mix. enjoy
i have lots of different teas that i do this with like coconut chia and vanilla roobios, so try any. Next for me is to use chocolate protein in my sleepy tea.
