WIAW


So last week i forgot about WIAW so this morning i remembered to take pics of all my eats.
Meal 1-Breakfast
Last night i prepped a newly created Overnight Oats in a Jar
Cocoa PB Banana Egg White OOIAJ:
2/3 c of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 banana
1 tbsp PB
2 egg whites
cinnamon
1. scramble egg whites with cinnamon. stick in fridge to cool.
2. put all ingredients in jar including egg whites, stir really good. refrigerate. enjoy in morning
Meal 2-Post Workout Snack (in car)
Wheat grass Chocolate Protein Banana Green Tea Shake:
1 scoop Wheat Grass Powder
1 scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein
2 bags of green tea leafs
1/2 frozen banana
ice
water
1. Blend.
Meal 3- Lunch (at work)
Chicken, brown rice, steamed carrots, and an apple.

Meal 4-Snack (post work)
3/4 cup of Fage 0% Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt mixed with 1 tbsp homemade almond butter and (unpictured green banana)
Meal 5-Dinner
2 slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread with hummus, turkey, lettuce panini sandwich. carrots on the side.
