Yesterday i was pretty hungry after work and of course i always have greek yogurt so i combined my Protein Bar with it:
Todays snack i consumed in my car heading to work in about 1 min it was that good:
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup Lite Coconut Milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup cold water
dash of coconut extract
(green tea leaves were added to mine)
Blend it all up. It tastes like i should have been drinking it on a beach in Mexico.
Next time i want to try it with choc protein...
Fav snack of the day???
