So my family has tons of mini avocados from the bay area so I've experimented with them with savory and "sweet" recipes like chocolate avocado protein pudding which is yummy and this:
1 small frozen peach
1 cup fresh spinach
1 mini avocado
Few chunks cucumber
3 mini carrots
Vanilla protein powder
Vanilla liquid stevia
Water
1. Blend in magic bullet.
Seriously so yummy, creamy and thick! I have made different versions with different fruit like 1/2 frozen banana and frozen apples pieces; also I tried the mixed boxed lettuce so there are a variety of greens and added my green tea leaves.
Random but really good!
