So I've stressing like no other about my first exam for Med-Surg which is supposedly the hardest of the this unit and I passed! Thank God-seriously I had everyone praying for me!
So I photographed some of my eats today like my overnight oatmeal strawberry banana greens smoothie & my amazingly yummy lunch of salmon, green beans and brussel sprouts.
Today was bi & tri day followed with sprint HIIT. Its amazing how much buffer my arms look when lifting, I love it! They were popping and I want arms muscles to be pronounced without flexing! Another goal!
