So yesterday I brought home fresh blueberries and avocados so I knew some would go in my preworkout smoothie do here it is:
1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 cup fresh Spinach
1/2 avocado
3 mini carrots
1 tsp Flax meal
1 tsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup Oats
1 scoop Vanilla protein
Ice
Stevia
1. Blend.
2. Pour in a giant frozen mug .
3. Long straw needed.
So yummy!
