Rest Day!

So I woke up this morning craving Fall!!! I'm sick of summer and ready for some chilly-ness.
This morning I made a Sugar free Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino, nonfat plain Greek yogurt with pb, flax, chia seeds, granola and a warm slice of whole wheat banana bread.
Simple yet Yummy!
