Tuesday means its squaterday! Quads on the forefront but what I do works my whole bod with all my supersets. This may seem a lot of exercises but I get in the gym to do work so I don't rest longer than 20-30secs which consists of drinking some H2O. The less rest time the more fat your burning! That is why I superset every single set for that reason and plus you are working the muscles harder causing them to tear and then they'll repair and grow!
So I got new workout gear and these shorts are one of them an they are awesomely comfortable-power core basically says it all for me!
