Woke up at 230 to use the bathroom and couldn't fall back asleep because I was hungry.
Well I wasn't just going to lay there, if my muscles are hungry I eat!
If you follow Timbawolf on Instagram you know what he turns to-nut butter. So I went with Greek yogurt and peanut butter; I stuck with a tbsp where he eats 6.
It's not when you eat, it's what you eat that counts!
So being up I decided to blog about it at 3:00am.
