It's routine to make overnight oats in a jar when I work in the hospital that way I just grab N go! I eat it in my car since I have to leave at 530am.
Used a new protein by MGN in it and it was super yummy!
1 scoop cinnamon MGN protein
2tbsp chia seeds
1tsp hemp hearts
1/2 smashed banana
2 sliced strawberries
Pumpkin seed flax granola
Mix everything the night before except last two-added those in morning!
