Bis & tris, Hill HIIT, abs this morning...lots and lots of pull ups
Today was a stressful day so I felt like fall comforty food when I got home from taking a big test.
Low carb, high fat day!
Meal 4:
1 apple (chopped and sprinkled with cinnamon & microwaved for 1min)
Nonfat plain Greek yogurt mixed with flax, hemp seeds, vanilla stevia
Walnut butter
Cocoa nibs
Meal 6:
1/3 cup cottage cheese
1/2 scoop choc pnut butter casein
1/2 scoop cookies & cream casein
Sprinkle cocoa powder
Pnut butter
