Where I live, there is a Yogurt Mill with the flavor chocolate covered berries FroYo so i decided to try & recreate that for my mornin eats.
1/3 c oats
1tbsp flax
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop choc protein
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Cinnamon
Coffee (at room temp)-enough to make it come together
3 raw mini carrots
Handful spinach
1c frozen mixed berries
Almond milk
Optional:green tea leaves, BCAA powder
1. Mix first 7 ingredients the night before-place carrots on top. Store in fridge
2. Throw berries, oats, spinach, and almond milk (enough to get it going-I like mine thick!)
3. So mine couldn't fit in my huge frozen mug, so the rest went in a bowl topped with pb and pumpkin flax granola.
