This is low carb! High protein!
3/4 scoop chocolate protein
Dash cocoa powder
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 tsp chia seeds
Dash baking soda
Dash baking powder
Coffee (cooled at room temp)
1 egg white
Toppings:Nut butter, Greek yogurt, cocoa nibs
1. Mix all dry ingredients-slowly add the coffee until it comes together and runny. Let sit for about 5-10; chia seeds and flax need time to absorb some liquid.
2. Add eggs-whisk.
3. Make like normal pancake. Top with whatever you want!
You can eat it in slices, like I did or dig in like a regular pancake!
