1/3 c oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tbsp hemp seeds -optional
1 scoop hoc protein
1 tsp cocoa powder
Blend all these together into a powder.
Mash half a banana, spoonful Greek yogurt, enough water to loosen and come together. Mix really well in a jar or bowl, make sure banana is completely smashed. Put in fridge, in morning add your toppings; I added pb and granola.
Literally it has a mousse consistency! I didn't want my jar to end!
